Mobile Messaging Terms

These Mobile Messaging Terms (“Terms”) govern the SMS / text message program (the “Program”) offered by Homeworx Building Solutions LLC (“Homeworx,” “we,” “us”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these Terms.
Program description
When you opt in, we may send you text messages related to:
- Customer care / non-marketing: responses to your inquiries, appointment and order updates, and account or support notifications.
- Marketing / promotional: special offers, discounts, seasonal promotions, new product updates and related news.
These are two separate opt-ins — consenting to one does not opt you into the other.
Opt-in & consent
You opt in by checking the applicable consent box and providing your mobile number on one of our forms. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the type of messages you have opted into.
Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan. Homeworx is not responsible for these charges.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any of our text messages. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from that program. To rejoin, simply opt in again.

Supported carriers
The Program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your privacy
We respect your privacy. We will not sell, rent or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers who help us operate the messaging Program (such as our messaging platform). For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
